COMMON AREAS

• Dry dusting of exterior entertainment centers/tv stands
• Television ledges dusted
• Sofa cupholders vacuumed/washed and pillows straightened
• Glass furniture cleaned/polished
• Dusting of knick-knacks and decor (as needed)
• Front of blinds Swiffer dusted
• Ceiling fan blades dry dusted
• All high dusting of wall edges and corners completed
• Return vents and air vents dry dusted
• Flat surfaces of wooden furniture cleaned/polished (as needed)
• Lamp bases/shades dusted
• All easily accessible window ledges will be dusted and/or washed
• Dust bases of stair rails, spindles, and bases as needed
• Exterior of fireplace will be dusted
• All trash/recycling receptacles emptied, lining replaced (if any) and removed to outside cans
• All rugs vacuumed or shaken out, depending on rug material
• All readily accessible flooring will be swept/vacuumed/mopped
• Clean sliding glass door and front glass door
BEDROOMS​

• All toilet surfaces cleaned inside/out and toilet surround (lower wall behind toilet and floor around toilet hand wiped, adjacent vanity wall, exterior toilet brush holder and plunger exterior) are cleaned
• Sinks, countertops, side-splash, and backsplash completely cleaned and/or scrubbed
• Countertop decor/knick knacks cleaned and/or dusted
• All chrome fixtures and mirrors are cleaned and polished
• Vanity light bar washed and bulbs dusted
• Rugs are shaken out and/or vacuumed (depending on rug material)
• Baseboards washed
• All readily accessible flooring will be swept/vacuumed/edged/mopped
• All easily accessible window ledges will be dusted and/or washed
• Return vents and air vents dry dusted
• Product bottles/containers in shower wiped and placed label out
• All trash receptacles emptied, lining replaced (if any) and removed to outside cans
KITCHEN

• Stovetop and exterior range hood is cleaned / degreased (as needed)
• Interior and exterior of microwave is cleaned
• Exteriors of all large appliances are cleaned/polished. (Interior appliance cleaning is available for an additional fee)
• Countertops/side-splashes/backsplashes are cleaned and sanitized
** Items on countertops will be shifted and/or moved to expose/clean all surfaces
• Exteriors of all small appliances wiped/polished. (Degreasing service available upon request)
• Sinks thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected (must be empty)
• Fronts of all cabinets/knobs are washed (as needed)
• Countertop decor/knick knacks cleaned
• All rugs vacuumed or shaken out, depending on rug material
• All trash/recycling receptacles emptied, lining replaced (if any) and removed to outside cans
• Exterior of kitchen trash bin cleaned/polished
• All hard flooring will be vacuumed/mopped
**Readily accessible floor edges/corners will be vacuumed**
